Grosvenor Health and Social Care acquire AJ Community Care Limited

Grosvenor Health and Social Care are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of AJ Community Care Limited, a well-established domiciliary business operating in Leeds and Wakefield.

The acquisition of AJ Care brings with it 1400 hours per week and over 70 care staff to the Synergy business in the North.
The latest acquisition enhances our presence in the North of England and strengthens our existing Wakefield and Leeds offices. Speaking of the latest acquisition, the second in recent months following the purchase of Brae’s Homecare Limited in Falkirk, Scotland, Darren Stapelberg (Managing Director) stated

Clarions legal team assisted Andrew and Jo in the transfer that completed on 28th January 2019, the directors will now be dedicating their efforts and expertise into their specialist recruitment consultancy business (AJ Recruitment Ltd), specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment in Social Care.
